Who am I?

I am Meghan, a certified death doula, and I walk alongside individuals and families during one of life’s most profound transitions.

My work is rooted in compassion, patience, and presence. I believe that the end of life deserves the same care, dignity, and intentional support as any other major life moment. For me, being a death doula is not about fixing or rushing anything. It is about listening deeply, honoring personal wishes, and creating a space where people feel seen, supported, and never alone.

I support individuals who are approaching the end of life, as well as the families who love them. Every journey is different, and I approach each one with respect for cultural values, spiritual beliefs, and personal preferences. My role is to offer emotional support, gentle guidance, and practical assistance so that individuals and families can navigate this time with clarity, comfort, and peace.

Much of my work focuses on helping people feel prepared rather than overwhelmed. This may include end of life planning conversations, legacy projects, bedside vigils, or simply being present to listen when emotions feel heavy. I also support families through anticipatory grief and continue offering care for up to two months after a loss, because grief does not end when someone passes.

Clients often tell me that I bring a sense of comfort during moments that feel uncertain or frightening. I consider it an honor to be invited into these intimate moments, and I treat every family with the utmost care and respect.

Above all, I believe that no one should face the end of life feeling alone or unheard. My goal is to help create an experience that feels grounded, meaningful, and aligned with what matters most to you and your loved ones.

If you are seeking guidance, support, or simply someone to walk beside you during this time, I am here.
