  • A death doula is a non medical support person who provides emotional, practical, and spiritual guidance to individuals and families navigating the end of life. My role is to offer presence, education, advocacy, and comfort during this deeply personal time.

  • No. I work alongside hospice teams, doctors, and nurses. I do not provide medical care. Instead, I focus on emotional support, communication, planning, and comfort for both the individual and their loved ones.

  • Support can begin at any stage of serious illness, during active dying, or even earlier for end of life planning. Many families also reach out when they feel overwhelmed, unsure, or simply want more guidance and presence.

  • I support individuals who are facing the end of life, as well as their families and loved ones. My services are tailored to meet each unique situation, belief system, and family dynamic.

  • The free consultation can be held in person or virtually. During this time, we discuss your needs, review available services, and determine whether working together feels like the right fit. There is no pressure or obligation.

  • The standard package includes 10 one hour sessions that may be held in person or virtually and spaced in a way that feels right for you. Support may include legacy projects, end of life planning guidance, bedside vigil, and family grief support for up to two months after death.

  • Yes. Support is always personalized. In addition to the standard package, individual services are available through à la carte options such as legacy projects, end of life planning coaching, or bedside vigil support.

  • Legacy projects help preserve memories, stories, values, and messages. These may include letters, recordings, memory books, or other meaningful creations chosen by the individual or family.

  • Yes. I can provide calm, supportive presence during active dying, offering reassurance, comfort, and guidance for both the individual and their loved ones.

  • Yes. Families receiving the standard service package are supported for up to two months following death. This may include check ins, emotional support, and gentle guidance during early grief.

  • Yes. Many services can be provided virtually, including consultations, coaching, planning, and family support.
